Our day went well enough. I was completely drained and just did not have the energy to try very hard. We spent most of the day lazing around. Andreas watched way too much tv. He got frustrated easily with games and toys, so we just hung out.
In the afternoon, we went out to play in the park. That was a blast! Andreas can run like crazy on level ground.:) He threw a snowball at Daddy, who of course threw one back. They were both covered. The snow is too dry to make a snowman. Bummer. We did play hide and seek and chase Daddy. Andreas loves being outside.
I finally managed to get a video of him calling "Help me, Mami". It is very cute. Now, my memory card is full. I can't take any more pictures until we get a new memory card or an upload cable. Dan feels terrible about bringing the wrong one, so I am trying not to go crazy about it.:)We will probably have to wait until at least tomorrow because nothing will be open on New Year's Day. I have to remember that now I have the rest of our lives to take pictures of my son.
We fell asleep around 10, but the fireworks at midnight woke us for a bit. It must have been some display. It lasted over an hour. Otherwise, it was still very quiet here.
Crawford kids please send an email to your desperate mother!!! I am dying to hear from you now that we can't Skype everyday!! I hope you are having a great time at the Hartleys! Miss you like crazy!!!!!
